RE: Amazing Coastal Lanscape from Dive Loft in Vrbnik, on Krk Island, Croatia

in Worldmappinlast year

I've heard about how beautiful it is in Croatia. I'm glad you found a place that is probably closer than Greece and seems to exceed in beauty. I had no idea the Adriatic was so beautiful, with such clear waters.
I'm intrigued by the names of the islands and towns, with so many consonants. I hope it was cooler there than in the too-warm Romania.

Glad to hear about you managing to have a holiday and hope you find the relaxation you need too!

Its been my first time here and I loved it. There were some places I can say they were wwoowwww, but still, I've seen some beautiful places too! 💙

I didnt expect to see this very clear water myself. The language indeed is something new. 😁
Yes, it was cool enough to desire another travel time through Croatia. We're not too far away anyways.

I hope you are all right too! And your health is not any worse. We've had a couple of really hot weeks here in West. Now we're good. But in 2 days, we'll leave home to visit Brasov and Predeal for six days. Then we'll go again to Constanta. This summer was a little "lazy", if I can say so.
But I'm thinking we're young and if we felt this way, then why not?

Sending you warm greetings!

Thank you! I can say that I'm fine and ignore the little inconveniences... of age.
Vacation is something that keeps you lazy, even if it is dynamic and tiring. That's how I like to think of vacation. I notice you do more traveling in the country and I think that's very good. Really, you are young and nothing rushes you!

Glad we could share a few words. Have a wonderful vacation!

I'm glad to hear that you are....fine.
I only wish you health! Thats more important these days, so we can share moments with our families.

Yes, this year, except Croatia so far, we decided to remain in the country. Anyways, we still have a lot of places to visit and see. I dont regret it though....I was convinced we'll go to Greece again. But some things happened and we're not going anymore. But its fine. I'm happy with our Black Sea this year. And maybe, just maybe we'll go visit Slovenia again or Italy or Austria in autumn. Hopefully we'll do hehe 💗💗 but it will be a short vacation without our kid. Only the grown ups. We only thought of it.

How is it there in Bucharest? Same as always? I guess you went to that coffee place you mentioned and talking a walk on the boulevard? Are u still doing that?
We also started to walk a bit these days, for the sake of health and walking. We use to walk in Arad, near and along Mures river. It feels so good to walk and feel the breeze.

Holidaying without a child is really desirable from time to time and usually rarely happens. I remember such moments too. Not that it wouldn't be nice with the child... but the child is like a little vampire, everything happens only around them, they are selfish by "construction", it's normal to be so. I hope your boy doesn't get upset when you leave without him because he must be very attached to you.

Short and... frequent trips are also good. Me, lately I've only been doing short and... infrequent.

It's hotter in Bucharest than ever. We stay indoors more. Apart from the Sunday walk and coffee, I've been to shows, to friends, to museums... but we seem to be in a pandemic, a heat pandemic! A much milder pandemic anyway.

The problem is that the clock is ticking, ticking... time is ticking and not in our favor.

I went to Arad, a few years ago, I think in the center, there was a big cathedral, I walked on the streets nearby and saw many old and very beautiful houses. I remember one that I think was close to the cathedral, opposite, it seemed to be in a curve. Painted green, very beautiful. The Mures I didn't see.

I'll come back with a reply. Now I'm off to bed.
Have a lovely Friday Today! 🌻

Haha... thanks! I too have started to mix up the days, a sign of relaxation. Today must be Thursday, I'm waiting for your comment, and thanks again for taking the time to chat with me.
