The food definitely looks delicious! Any idea what kind of fish they used for the salt and pepper fish filets? It's small enough it almost looks like perch, but I guess they could have cut anything up to make it that size.

These white fish are mild in flavor and hold up well when fried, @bozz. It's possible they used one of these, or even something similar in size like perch.
