Hello Hive friends, today I would like to introduce to everyone about Hoa Bac mountainous commune, a place that I always choose to visit when I feel tired and stressed, and also a place where I always find my soul being healed and filled with positive energy.
Located 40km away from Da Nang city, this is one of the few remaining places that are less affected by industrialization and services and are blessed by nature with mountains, rivers, and valleys sandwiched on both sides of massive mountains. With a cool and fresh climate, anyone from the city visiting here will immediately feel the peace, this is also a place where your soul is soothed and the stress of life is left behind (especially for those who like to be quiet). Since Da Nang is a coastal tourist city with many attractions combining beautiful nature and diverse services, so Hoa Bac area has only really been known and emerged in recent years.
I feel quite fortunate to have known Hoa Bac from about 4 years ago thanks to a brother in my biking team sharing. At that time, not many people in the city knew about it, so I had the chance to feel the purest peace and quiet there. I am allergic to reinforced concrete, artificial sounds and the smell of urban, so Hoa Bac has always been my first choice for the past 4 years. In the weekend, I usually cycle alone or with a group up there to explore, have fun and enjoy the scenery. Hoa Bac gradually became famous and more people know about it, especially young people, perhaps the biggest contribution thanks to the sharing of cyclists 😍. With a moderate distance and beautiful unspoiled nature to explore, there are many ways to visit Hoa Bac commune but I like to bike there the most because biking is a combination of a sport and one of my hobbies and most importantly it helps me slowing down to truly immerse in nature instead of just passing it.
My most impressed memory about this place was the first time I came here. I just bought a mountain bike about 9 days before when a brother shared about his weekly 100km bike to Hoa Bac. Immediately, I was attracted to it because of the green color of the trees. Without hesitation, I decided to make it in the next 2 days when the weekend came. However, I haven't exercised much and am not healthy enough with a return distance of more than 80km, so I researched Google map to find a point on the way to use a motorbike to transport my bike with me to there. The place I chose is Hoi Yen church. When the day came, I tied my bicycle to the back of the motorbike and set off, when I got to the church, I went inside to meet the priest who managed the church and asked to leave the motorbike to use the bicycle to go out and explore around. The priest was very friendly and enthusiastic to help and support my ideas.
Since I am also a Catholic, I also sat down to chat with him and learned that this is a Catholic church that has just been built for about a month and is finishing the remaining items such as the surrounding campus, the statue outside, the front yard and front gate. And he has just been sent here as a missionary for more than 2 years and together with parishioners gathered to build this cathedral. The church has a small area and is covered with white paint that stands out with the green of the mountains. There are 3 children studying and helping with church work with the priest as well. Those kids really liked me because I teased them to laugh and taught them how to ride my bike.
After unload my bike, I started my tour around the church. There is a whole area of sugarcane growing for factories right opposite the church, I stopped there to talk to the aunts and uncles who are harvesting sugar cane there. I was known that traders buy sugarcane from local people here at the price on side of 50,000 vnd/1 bunch (20 plants), which is quite cheap. I teased some buffalos gnawing on sugar cane stumps and then continued to explore the peaceful rice fields and bamboo groves like this is my own hometown. When wandering deep into Ta Lang village, about 15km from the parking lot, I found a house of Co Tu ethnic people to have breakfast. Some people here are friendly, some are a bit shy because they rarely see strangers, but they are honest and kind. They couldn't talk much, but after I finished eating, they also invited me to drink a kind of sweet and fragrant forest leaves. They told me that I can use a hammock if I like to sleep for a bit before come back to avoid the hot sun. I sit there and watched some wild orchids and fruit orchards, that view made me miss my home because my house also has a very large garden. After taking a break for about 30 minutes, I went back to the church to get my motorbike. When I arrived at Hoi Yen church, it was almost noon, and the priest invited me to stay for lunch, but I refused and made an appointment for another day. The kids even told me to come up next time because they were curious about the stories that I told them about the city.
Since then, my team and I have visited Hoa Bac commune very often, once or twice a month, to explore and have fun. Now, there are more services provided for visitors there such as camping, climbing, rowing sup, etc, which bring more people to Hoa Bac for picnic or weekend activities. This brings economic benefits to local people, while also increasing options for those looking for a place to relax on the weekend. I hope that Hoa Bac can keep its ecosystem well and not over-industrialize.

Như chúng ta đã biết bệnh viện là một cơ sở hạ tầng ở một địa điểm gần khu dân cư để khám chữa bệnh và chăm sóc sức khỏe thể chất. Nhưng con người còn có một đời sống tinh thần phi vật chất phong phú mà chúng ta vẫn luôn tự hào vượt trội hơn các sinh vật khác. Điều đó góp phần rất lớn cho sự thành công của loài người chúng ta. Nó luôn khao khát sự thoải mái,an toàn,khỏe mạnh và tràn đầy năng lượng( hạnh phúc). Đó là mong muốn, không có nghĩa là nó luôn được đáp ứng và đón nhận sự trọn vẹn. Từ Cách mạng Nông Nghiệp đến Cách mạng Khoa Học con người tham gia vào một mạng lưới xã hội lớn hơn và phức tạp hơn được bổ sung sự tư hữu cá nhân nhằm giúp chúng ta đạt được sự hạnh phúc và tiện nghi hơn nhưng mặt khác làm nảy sinh trong quá trình đó là một căn bệnh(stress) gây ra bởi sự căng thẳng,lo lắng,bất an, không hài lòng. Con người càng dồn nhiều về đô thị để tìm kiếm cơ hội đẩy mỗi cá nhân vào một nhịp sống nhanh hơn,tham vọng hơn và cũng stress hơn. Căn bệnh này theo tôi nó là nguy hiểm nhất bởi vì nó chầm chậm ăn mòn làm suy kiệt từ từ cơ thể,tâm trí và làm nền móng cho các căn bệnh thể chất theo sau. Có vô số cách của mỗi cá nhân để giải quyết nó như: âm nhạc, thể thao,bác sĩ tâm lý,thuốc,sở thích,bạn bè,gia đình,... Bản thân tôi nghĩ stress bắt đầu từ khi con người từ bỏ tư cách là cư dân của tự nhiên sang là thành viên của xã hội. Và cách chữa trị tốt nhất nên từ nguyên nhân,và tôi luôn chọn thiên nhiên và hòa làm một với nó thực sự. Làm việc trong một thành phố nhộn nhịp thì bệnh viện tinh thần tốt nhất là vùng ngoại ô,miền quê hoặc biển cả.
Tôi làm việc tại thành phố Đà Nẵng- Việt Nam nên hôm nay tôi sẽ giới thiệu một trong những bệnh viện đó là một xã miền núi có tên Hòa Bắc cách trung tâm thành phố khoảng 40km. Đây là một trong những nơi còn sót lại ít chịu ảnh hưởng từ sự công nghiệp hóa và dịch vụ và được thiên nhiên ưu đãi có núi có sông là vùng thung lũng nằm kẹp hai bên dãy núi đồ sộ. Với khí hậu mát mẻ,trong lành và yên tĩnh sẽ khiến bất cứ ai từ thành phố dạo chơi ở đây ngay lập tức cảm nhận được sự bình yên, xoa dịu tâm hồn,loại bỏ những căng thẳng của cuộc sống đằng sau( đặc biệt với những người thích yên tĩnh). Đà Nẵng là thành phố du lịch biển với nhiều địa điểm tham quan kết hợp thiên nhiên đẹp đẽ và dịch vụ đa dạng nên khu vực Hòa Bắc chỉ thực sự được biết đến và nổi lên vài năm trở lại đây.
Tôi cảm thấy khá may mắn khi biết đến Hòa Bắc từ khoảng 4 năm trước nhờ một người anh đạp xe chia sẻ. Vì thời điểm đó chưa nhiều người ở thành phố biết đến nên có thể cảm nhận được sự yên tĩnh thanh bình thuần khiết nhất. Tôi dị ứng với bê tông cốt thép,âm thanh nhân tạo và mùi thịt người nên Hòa Bắc luôn là lựa chọn ưu tiên hàng đầu trong suốt 4 năm qua. Cứ đến ngày cuối tuần tôi thường đạp xe 1 mình hoặc cùng nhóm làm một chuyến đi lên đó và khám phá vui chơi,ngắm cảnh. Hòa Bắc nổi tiếng dần và nhiều người biết đến hơn nhất là các bạn trẻ có lẽ công lao lớn nhất nhờ những người chơi xe đạp chia sẻ😍. Với khoảng cách vừa phải và thiên nhiên đẹp đẽ hoang sơ để khám phá có nhiều cách để tham quan nhưng tôi thích xe đạp nhất vì vừa kết hợp thể thao, sở thích và quan trọng nhất giúp ta chậm lại để thực sự hòa làm một với thiên nhiên thay vì chỉ bước chân vào nó.
Kỉ niệm với nơi đây mà tôi ấn tượng nhất chính là lần đầu tiên tới đây. Tôi mới mua xe đạp leo núi được khoảng 9 ngày thì được một người anh chia sẻ về chuyến đi đạp kiếm 100km hàng tuần của a tại Hòa Bắc. Ngay lập tức tôi bị hấp dẫn bởi nó vì toàn màu xanh của cây cối. Không do dự tôi quyết định 2 ngày sau tới cuối tuần đi luôn, nhưng vì chưa tập luyện nhiều và đủ sức khỏe với quãng đường đi về hơn 80km nên tôi nghiên cứu google map để tìm một điểm trên quãng đường để dùng xe máy chở cả xe đạp tới. Địa điểm đó tôi chọn là nhà thờ Hội Yên. Tới ngày đi cột xe đạp sau chiếc xe máy tôi lên tới và vào nhà thờ xin gặp vị linh mục quản lí nhà thờ đó xin gửi xe máy lại để dùng xe đạp đi chơi khám phá xung quanh. Vị linh mục rất thân thiện và nhiệt tình giúp đỡ và ủng hộ ý tưởng của tôi. Vì cũng là người Công giáo nên tôi cũng ngồi trò chuyện thêm thì được biết thêm đây là một nhà thờ Công giáo vừa được xây dựng xong khoảng 1 tháng và đang hoàn thiện các hạng mục còn lại như khuôn viên xung quanh,tượng bên ngoài,đổ bê tông sân trước và cổng trước. Và ngài cũng mới được cử về đây truyền giáo được hơn 2 năm và cùng với giáo dân gom góp xây dựng một thánh đường hoàn chỉnh này. Nhà thờ có diện tích không lớn và phủ lớp sơn trắng nổi bật với màu xanh của miền núi. Ở cùng với ngài còn có 3 đứa trẻ học tập và phụ giúp những công việc tại nhà thờ. Mấy nhóc đó rất khoái tôi vì tôi cũng chọc ghẹo mấy đứa và hướng dẫn cho tụi nhỏ đạp xe của tôi.
Dỡ xe đạp xuống và bắt đầu hành trình tham quan nơi đây với cả một khu vực trồng mía nguyên liệu cho các nhà máy ngay đối diện nhà thờ. Dừng xe xuống hỏi thăm trò chuyện với các cô chú đang thu hoạch mía. Thương nhân mua của người dân địa phương tại vườn 50000 vnd/1 bó(20 cây) khá rẻ. Chọc ghẹo mấy con trâu đang gặm gốc mía rồi tiếp tục khám phá những cánh đồng lúa,rặng tre yên bình như chính quê tôi. Lang thang đi sâu vào thôn Tà lang cách điểm gửi xe khoảng 15km nữa tìm được một nhà người dân đồng bào Cơ Tu ăn sáng. Người đồng bào ở đây có người thân thiện có người hơi e dè vì ít thấy người lạ nhưng rất thật thà tốt bụng. Không nói chuyện đựợc nhiều nhưng tôi ăn xong còn mời tôi uống nước một loại lá cây rừng rất thơm và ngọt. Còn bảo tôi có võng thích cứ ngủ chút rồi về cho bớt nắng. Ngồi ngắm mấy cây lan rừng và vườn cây trái khiến tối nhớ nhà vì nhà tôi cũng có vườn rất rộng. Nghỉ khoảng 30p tôi quay về lấy xe để về để dịp khác đi khám phá tiếp. Về tới nhà thờ Hội Yên đã gần trưa vị linh mục có mời ở lại dùng cơm trưa nhưng tôi từ chối và hẹn vào một ngày khác. Mấy đứa nhóc còn bảo a lần sau lên nữa vì tò mò mấy chuyện tôi kể ở dưới phố.
Một nơi thú vị để khám phá và thư giãn khiến tôi thấy như tan biến mọi áp lực,căng thẳng của công việc và các vấn đề của xã hội. Từ đó tôi và nhóm của mình rất thường xuyên mỗi tháng 1,2 lần ghé khám phá và vui chơi. Hiện nay đã có thêm nhiều dịch vụ hơn,và cũng đông người dã ngoại cuối tuần hơn như cắm trại,leo núi,chèo sup,... Vừa giúp người dân có thêm kinh tế từ dịch vụ vừa giúp nhiều người có nơi để chọn chăm sóc sức khỏe tinh thần cho nhiều người hơn nữa. Hi vọng Hòa Bắc được giữ gìn tốt hệ sinh thái và không công nghiệp hóa vô độ. Liều thuốc tốt nhất chỉ cá nhân mỗi người sẽ tìm thấy cho riêng mình.
Nếu kết hợp được cả thể chất và tinh thần thì hiệu quả sẽ cao nhất.
