Oh, dear, that blue almond. I've bought blue, white and rose. The last one is most delicious for me by the way. But the thing is, when you buy it, the amount look big, you know. Baggage restrictions etc. Besides, my hubby ... I still remember his face, like "Oh, come on, really? More almond??" But when you're at home, on the next day you realize it's a small dose actually 😅 And you look at your friends list and doubt if your friendship deserve this heavenly almond or not 😇🤣 I'm saying that it almost gone yet while I was travelling and before I captured it ☺🤣
I bet you'd love it. Do you have glazed almond? Because we don't have it here, only raw and roasted. So it was a tasty surprise for me.

Yes and no. Yes because this is almond and it's glazed 😅 And no because those colors were more pale. I just recalled that I've bought 4 colors, not 3. One more proof that some colors didn't cross Ukrainian border 😂

ah its called the Green Smoothie Girl detox
it's for 26 days. and it follows a very specific regimen to detox the entire body.
too often detoxes will pull toxins from the liver, spleen, gall bladder - etc
but then not properly flush it out of the system
then what happens? those organs detoxify the blood again! haha they pull all the toxins back up so you're not feeling sick with them in the blood!
they do their job hahahaha
so this particular detox is great because not only does it pull out - it flushes the whole system.
lots of water, lots of vegetables (so many that you have to juice them in order to get all the nutrients hahaha you can't eat that many vegetables in a day LOL your jaw would get tired LOL) lots of good healthy fiber from potatoes, sweet potatoes, oats, millet, rye bread - etc. only healthy fats like hemp oil, coconut oil, avocado, olive oil. no dairy, no meat, no sugar, no salt.
