Hello everyone! Upon arriving in Chile, one of the first places I visited was “Viña del Mar”. We were entering winter, and the original plan was to go to the Andes Mountains to take pictures in the snow so I could see it for the first time. However, when we were almost there, there was a group of carabiners (policemen) indicating that we could not pass because there were too many people, and it would be very complicated to go down the mountain range.
I went on this trip at the invitation of a group of friends. When the carabiners told us that we could not go to see the snow, we decided to go to Viña del Mar, which was relatively close. Approximately two hours from where we were.
We arrived in “Viña del Mar” after 4:00 p.m. Chilean time. I liked the tranquility of the beach; however, I was surprised that everything was different from Venezuelan beaches, where it is common to see people bathing. As it was entering winter, people were on the beach reading books and looking at the sea shore.
I put my hands in the water of the beach out of curiosity, and it was very cold. I confirmed everything I had been told about this characteristic of Chilean beaches. Furthermore, I was even more surprised that there were several people bathing. In this place, it is forbidden to drink alcoholic beverages. I liked that.
I took the opportunity with my friends to walk along the beach and take pictures. In front of the sea there was a restaurant where we had lunch and I had a lemonade.
After lunch and walking along the beach, we sat on the sand to contemplate the sea and listen to the sound of the waves. The beach emanated an incredible tranquility, I felt very peaceful. It is a perfect place to disconnect from the hectic life of Santiago.
While we were sitting there, the sunset came and impressed me even more. It was beautiful, I took the opportunity to take a couple of pictures. Finally, we returned to the capital at dusk. This would be all for today, see you in a next post.

Thanks a lot🫶🏼.
This beach in viña is very nice. The place is perfect for relaxing. I am shocked to go to the beach to read a book? I don't think that's the concept hahahahaha.
I hope you can unwind. Sometimes changes of plans help a lot sis. I love the sunset it's beautiful.
Here you would be super happy, since you like to read books, but reading books in front of the sea??? You would love it.
I usually read when I go on a trip, it would be interesting to do it on the beach. There are things that as you get older you understand that they are precious.
The sunset picture is very beautiful. The beach view is amazing.
Yes, it's very spectacular.
Chile has such beautiful landscapes. As a mountain enthusiast, I find it fascinating to see how the snow-capped mountains are close to the sea and how the contrast creates a unique beauty.
Chile has endless beautiful panoramas, and the vast majority are incredible. Thank you for your visit!

I love the beach. I have never been to Chile, but some of my friends have. They say there are beautiful beaches there. Judging from these photos, it certainly looks that way.
