It definitely seems yummy!
Ask if they have "Baccalà alla vicentina" or "Baccalà mantecato". It's codfish: in the first case cooked with milk and it loses his strong taste becoming much smoother and appreciable. In the second case, you better look for a red wine to pair it, as it's much much savory!
