Ocean , sun and family fun || a visit to Porbandar beach

Last weekend was wonderful for us , when we spent our holiday on 2 days family trip. We visit to Dwarka and somnath a holy land of Gujarat, India. We had been wanting to go on this holiday for quite some time and finally got the chance last weekend.

On the first day of trip we visit to Dwarka. It was our sudden trip plan , When we didn't even have any booking. After spending first day at Dwarka , it has become difficult to find a room for us...So we decide to stay at porbandar , Which was on way to our next day's destination.

WHERE IS THE PORBANDAR ✅

Porbandar is a city in Gujarat which is famous for the birthplace of Mahatma Gandhi, the father of the nation. We can reach there via road, train or air. This is a beautiful city where we can spend 2 days and enjoying beach , temple, castle and awesome food.

MY EXPERIENCE ✅

We reached there late night, and in the morning When I was in the balcony of the room I noticed the beach from there...And then again a sudden plan was made to visit the beach.

Here is the glimpse of the view outside the hotel :

We reached the beach in 5 minutes...and there is a military office there, which is attached to the beach , which you can see here :

First when i saw that architecture i thought what is this, i found it interesting, i captured it and than i saw military officer there , and get know that here is their office.

Here you can see the beach here 😀

And here is some more view of the entrence or you can see the view just before the sea:

These chairs were probably meant for military officers that day.

And here is the fun of the beach start 😉

The beach is really so beautiful, clean and calm.

We find there so many sea shells.... my father-in-law likes that sea shells so collet many sea shelles and enjoy there.

We reached there almost 9 am , When the sun had risen....Even I wanted to enjoy the proper sunrise there, but even at this time we had a lot of fun there.

And here are some more pictures which i captured while leaving.

As I said it was our sudden plan, we had no plans to go to this beach...But I am really happy and grateful that we went there.

This beach is meant of morning and evening walk. I saw that there was no water activity there, nor was there any food stall....This place is absolutely peaceful and relaxing....It is neither a crowd nor a pollutant ...and this is really a clean beach. Here you can spend quality time with your family, and if you want, you can also spend some time alone peacefully.

There were also many toys here for the kids to play with, which my son enjoyed a lot.

I spent about an hour there.... where we collected sea shells, played with sand, sat and watched the waves. I really enjoyed there alot and we felt really so relaxing and happy after visit there.

I would like to come here someday for 2 days and explore the whole city.

If you ever come on a trip to Gujarat for Somnath dwarka, you must visit Porbandar . This is a hidden gem there.

Thank you so much for your time, support and love 🤍🌸
