Exactly and also colors especially green and blue help to control mind setup. No matter how much I struggle with myself but going out and staying away from negative energy and surrounding helps. I avoid the crowd and keep my travel short as I don't have much energy but still, as you said, surprising things boost confidence and helps to cool down. It kind of diverts me from my obsessive thoughts...
