Today I want to share with you once again my trip to the city of Porto, but this time I bring you an experience from inside the famous Crystal Palace which is a very famous tourist destination in the city, it is a huge park that consists of an arena, museums, lakes, fountains, platform for outdoor concerts, beautiful gardens with unique views, restaurant and botany.

El día de hoy quiero compartirles más una vez de mi viaje a la ciudad de Porto, pero esta vez les traigo una experiencia desde adentro del famoso Palacio de Cristal que es un destino turístico muy famoso en la ciudad, se trata de un parque enorme que lo conforma una arena, museos, lagos, fuentes, plataforma para conciertos en el exterior, hermosos jardines con vistas únicas, restaurante y botánica.
- The first thing we are going to observe when entering this place, is a map of the park where we can orientate the zones that we can visit and how many attractions it offers. The first thing we decided to visit was to go to the romantic museum, so, orienting ourselves with the map, we headed to the museum. On that route we passed near the arena where national and international artists perform concerts or even art exhibitions and theater. We also passed the small music stage where a group of university students were playing and practicing. Another of the curiosities of this garden is that it is full of flowers making you breathe pure air, listening to the birds singing, because this place also has a small fauna, you can see peacocks, ducks, etc.
Curious fact: This park was designed by the German landscaper Emile David in 1860, but in 1950 it was replaced by the Rosa Mota Pavilion. Also this garden is one of the most beautiful in the city in spring, since it has a garden full of roses that bloom in that season.

- Lo primero que vamos a observar al entrar a este lugar, es un mapa del parque donde nos podemos orientar las zonas que podemos visitar y cuantas atracciones ofrece. Lo primero que decidimos en visitar fue ir al museo romántico, así que, orientándonos con el mapa, tomamos rumbo al museo. En ese recorrido pasamos cerca de la arena donde artistas nacionales e internacionales hacen conciertos o incluso también hay exposiciones de arte y teatro. También pasamos del pequeño escenario de música donde se encontraba un grupo de universitarios tocando y practicando. Otra de las curiosidades de este jardín es que abunda mucho la floresta haciendo que respires un aire puro, escuchando los pájaros cantando, porque además en este lugar cuenta con una pequeña fauna, puedes ver pavos reales, patos, etc.
Dato curioso: Este parque tuvo proyecto gracias al paisajista alemán Emile David en el año 1860, pero en 1950 fue sustituido por el Pabellón Rosa Mota. También este jardín es uno de los más preciosos de la ciudad en primavera, ya que cuenta con un jardín lleno de rosas que florecen en dicha estación.

- Llegamos al famoso museo de estos jardines, tiene un valor de 4e por persona. Entrar a este museo también contando con una breve explicación de un experto que nos dice cuál es el significado de este museo. Logramos aprender que donde se encuentra actualmente el museo, antiguamente fue una casa de campo en el siglo XVIII de la familia Pinto Basto, una antigua familia con mucho dinero en esa época y en el año de los 70s fue convertido en un museo y en el año 2021 varios artistas han exhibido su arte, como, ''la metamorfosis'', ''cuando la tierra vuelve a brillar para ti'' también se ha introducido mucha literatura romántica en el museo, que fue una de las bases del nombre del museo. Así que si quieres ver una variedad de arte en tu visita, te recomiendo parar en este museo donde puedes apreciar hermosas presentaciones.
- After visiting the museum, we decided to walk a little to know more of the place, ending in the back of the park where we found the famous Emilio David garden, this garden was completed its renovation in 2019 where were built, benches, fountain, roses were implanted and has a close connection with the duck pond, it was built in honor of the creator of this park. Remember I told you that this place has a place full of roses? Well, it is specifically this area of the park, which I certainly recommend you to come in spring, so that photography lovers will love the visit, plus you have in the background the city along with the famous Arrabida bridge and the Douro River.

- Luego de visitar el museo, decidimos caminar un poco para conocer más del lugar, dando por terminado en la parte de atrás del parque donde nos encontramos con el famoso jardín Emilio David, este jardín fue finalizado su renovación en el año 2019 donde se construyeron, bancos, fuente, se implantaron rosas y tiene conexión cerca con el estanque de los patos, fue construido en honor al creador de este parque. ¿Recuerdas que te comenté que este lugar tiene un lugar lleno de rosas? Bueno, se trata específicamente de esta zona del parque, que sin duda te recomiendo venir en primavera, para que los amantes de la fotografía adoraran la visita, además de que tienes de fondo la ciudad junto con el famoso puente de Arrabida y el río Duero.
- It is not my first time talking about this city of Portugal that is very beautiful and worth traveling for a few days to get to know it. As for this specific garden I managed to confirm why it is so popular in the city is certainly a perfect tourist attraction, I loved from start to finish this park without any doubt I would visit it again, I was a little confused with the name of the romantic museum, but then with him, guide explaining the concept managed to make sense to visit. My year 2024 ended up doing one of the things I like the most and that is traveling, deciding to say goodbye to the year in a new city where I learned new things, the truth is that after our visit to the park we had a barbecue for lunch and at night we were dazzled by the fireworks wishing us a happy year and of course I also wish you my dear traveler friend, may this 2025 be a year of many trips and positive things!

- No es mi primera vez hablando de esta ciudad de Portugal que es muy preciosa y merece la pena viajar por unos días para lograr conocerla. En cuanto este jardín en específico logre confirmar porque es tan popular en la ciudad sin duda es una atracción turística perfecta, me encanto desde el principio al fin este parque sin ninguna duda volvería a visitarlo, quede un poco confundida con el nombre del museo romántico, pero luego con él, guía explicando el concepto logro tener sentido su visita. ¡Mi año 2024 termino haciendo una de las cosas que más me gustan y es viajar, decidir despedir el año en una nueva ciudad donde aprendí cosas nueva, la verdad que luego de nuestra visita al parque llegamos almorzar una barbacoa y en la noche deslumbrarnos con los fuegos artificiales deseándonos un feliz año y por supuesto también te lo deseo a ti mi querido amigo viajero, que este 2025 sea un año de muchos viajes y cosas positivas!
