Hello, my lovely friends.
This afternoon, my husband and I went to Makro. This is a convenience store where my husband and I like to shop. Today, there were quite a few things missing in the kitchen, such as fish sauce, various types of oil, as well as vegetables and fruits. Especially coffee. This morning, I made coffee to drink with my husband, but it ran out. So today, I wrote down the things that I need to buy for the house.
When I arrived at Makro, I walked to get a cart and then pushed the cart into the mall with my husband. I headed to the oil shelf. I bought vegetable oil, which had many brands, especially coconut oil, which was quite a bit more expensive than last time. So I decided to buy a bottle of palm oil. In that area, the price of palm oil was not the same. It was different, not much, but it was different. So I chose to buy the cheapest palm oil. I stopped to buy a bottle of olive oil to use for baking and making breakfast for my husband and mother. Today, the price of olive oil was quite a bit lower than the last time I came to buy it. I bought one bottle and it lasted me 2-3 months because I didn't use a lot. Then I bought various kinds of sauces, such as ketchup, chili sauce, salt, and black pepper.
This shell is chocolate and honey. There is still honey at home, so today I bought a bottle of chocolate to eat as a breakfast menu with bread. Today, the price of chocolate is good. It is on sale.
This Shell section is a souvenir and is a favorite for a shopaholic woman like me because this area is a discounted product. But it has not expired yet, it is just a discount. Some items are 50% off, some are 30% off, and some items are up to 80% off. It is something that is very tempting to look at and buy. Today, I bought a pack of fabric softener for 50 baht, which is not expensive in my opinion. In addition, I am interested in a kind of sauce with the brand name Dek Somboon. I like this one. It has a discount tag of up to 70%. When I picked it up to look at the side of the can, it was almost expired. There were still 2 days left, so I decided not to buy it. Instead, I bought frozen dory fish and frozen squid.
This section is a corner for snacks in various cans. The prices are different. I just took pictures of these snacks because my little daughter is not here right now, so I didn't buy any snacks. I just bought what I needed.
Then I walked into the fresh fruit and vegetable section. Today I bought 1 head of cabbage for 18 baht and bought 2-3 kinds of vegetables. Then I walked to my husband's cart and put all the things I bought on the cart. After finishing the vegetable section, I walked to another section not far away, which is the meat section. Today I bought 1 kilogram of each type of meat, including its bones.
In addition, I went to pick up a pack of salt for seasonings that give a salty taste. And went to buy more things. While passing by at that time, I saw a very beautiful carrot. Then I bought carrots, Chinese cabbage, cabbage.
I saw the fruits beautifully arranged, so I walked closer and looked at the fruits. Today I saw that the mangoes were very cheap, so I ordered mangoes, put them in the cart, bought 2 kilograms. I thought I would make a dipping sauce to eat with the mangoes. Then I went to the riverside. My sister was making a fire with charcoal. My sister turned to me and told me that it was like going to a camp when I was a child. I thought so too, with this kind of atmosphere.
When I arrived at Makro, the staff asked for the bill to check everything was in order.
Finished today, 3-4 days of taking photos and visiting temples. For this one, I have to say goodbye for now. See you next time. Thank you for following and supporting me. Thank you.

You do a lot of shopping!
Read the back of the labels too. The chocolate stuff for spreading on bread is usually full of chemicals! Avoid all chocolate spread! Try peanut butter, if you could find the one from India: it is non-GMO. Chinese peanut butter is GMO.
Fruit jam and cheese are safer!
One more thing; most olive oil in the market is not pure olive oil. It is nade from blended oil with chemicals. Real olive oil, virgin and cold pressed, is very expensive and hard to find! Olive oil cannot be used at high temperatures! Use rice bran oil or coconut oil is much healthier.
Don’t use olive oil for frying food; it is mostly used for salad dressing or eating with fresh Italian bread!
Most products in supermarkets are full of chemicals, fertilizers and heavy metals!
Life is hard these days!
Thank you @kaminchan for your advice and always getting new knowledge from you. I will put it into practice. 🏃♀️🥰😘🙏
A very beautiful place, I saw some very enjoyable views❤️
Thank you 😊 🙏
I love Thailand, especially Bangkok with its diverse market centers. That's why I never get tired of transiting in Bangkok, even if only for a short time.
Thank you 😊 💓 You can try changing to visit Trang Province in the south of Thailand. 🏃♀️🙏🏡🥰
