I had the opportunity to make a short stop in this beautiful town when I was going to Merida and I thought I was already in the state of Merida but it was still Barinas, I thought so because of the type of climate and vegetation of the place, but it is certainly a beautiful town that is worth knowing much more.

When I was a child I had doubts whether this town was in Barinas or in Merida because you have to turn off the road and before there were no maps to clarify it, but yes, the climate is very similar to that of Merida.
