🥇 The most scenic train ride in Portugal by @livinguktaiwan

The title does not exaggerate. If you google the most scenic train ride in Portugal, it will take you to exactly where I'm going to take you today. From Porto through the Douro Valley to Pinhão and Pochinho to see these stunning views.

As soon as I got on the train and saw the carriages, I knew I would be in a treat for my 200km 3-hour train journey. There's something so nostalgic about it, cruising in these classic art deco looking style carriages along the Portuguese countryside. And the best thing was that there weren't many passengers on board. We could walk freely from side to side inside the carriage to admire the scenery. The windows could be pushed halfway down, opening up an unobstructed view outside.

🥈 Buenos Aires: Paz asiática... || TRAVEL & GALLERY by @fermionico

I know that in previous publications we have told you about the greenness of the city and how they have invested a lot in its recreational spaces. In previous trips to Buenos Aires, we had missed a magical place that was pending on the list of visits. An enclave in the middle of a conglomerate of parks called “Jardín Japonés” (Japanese Garden) and the fame is not exaggerated. Although the park's official address is 3450 Casares Avenue in the Palermo neighborhood, in reality the main entrance where you buy tickets for the tour has its front facing Adolfo Berro Avenue. There we went to stop and the quietness of the area is evident from the moment you get off the transport. ARS$ 4,500 is the price of the ticket for foreigners and ARS$ 1,500 for residents presenting ID (Argentinean ID). Access is quick and yesterday, Tuesday, residents were exempt from paying the entrance fee.

🥉 Walking along Havana's Fifth Avenue [EN/ES] by @jordy0827

In the city of Havana there are many famous avenues and streets, for their history, their culture and the beauty that surrounds them, and among them the Fifth Avenue of Miramar, one of the most famous and emblematic, undoubtedly stands out.

The Avenue is located in the elegant neighborhood of Miramar, known for its impressive mansions which in another era were the residence of the bourgeois and wealthy class of the capital, these large houses were designed with different architectural styles which makes each one of them unique, many even due to its elegance are currently embassies and diplomatic residences. All the buildings in this neighborhood add a touch of elegance and splendor to the surroundings.
