🥇 Trip to Cave Beach, La Gomera Island, Canary Islands [Eng][Esp] by @oscarps
I traveled around almost the entire perimeter of the island of La Gomera, which is one of the islands that belong to the Canary Archipelago when I arrived from its main city and capital, San Sebastián de la Gomera. At the end of the port of the town and located to the northwest of the town, the first beach I found was Playa de la Cueva. These islands have a volcanic origin and some were active until very recently, while others, however, have already come to an end due to the consolidation process and the end of volcanic activity. This circumstance can be clearly seen in the geology of the island of La Gomera and even more so in its beaches. I found almost all of them at the foot of cliffs and they were made of stones and boulders polished by the action of the sea over millions of years.

🥈 Bern - the city of fountains by @plantfuljourney
Last week, my husband had to go to his company offices in Bern, and I took the opportunity to visit this beautiful city and joined him. While he was working all day I was enjoying the city. At first, I was not so sure if I should join him because the idea of spending all day outside in December didn't sound very appealing, but then I realized that I could simply walk from one café to another, do some shopping or visit a museum. What a life, right?

Sometimes when I visit ancient cities, touch those beautiful old columns or step on the stepping stones that form the passageway, I get the anxiety that a sacred power is watching me. Maybe I feel the chills of the spirits of the people who lived there millions of years ago. I experienced the same feelings again when I walked inside Evdir Han, which I visited last weekend.
