🥇 Pumice Field / Campo de Piedra Pómez by @parissousa
In Argentina, there's a place that feels like it's from another planet. Walking through it makes you feel far from everything you've ever known. It's the Pumice Field, a desert space with no native animals or trees. The sight of this place produces a feeling of strangeness. Pumice is a rock of volcanic origin, formed by lava thrown into the air. Pumice showers are common during volcanic eruptions. They say this area was formed millions of years ago by volcanic events. I can't imagine the violence and magnitude of those eruptions! If anything was alive back then, it was buried under those gigantic eruptions.

🥈 Blowing Off Steam | Kuirau Park, New Zealand by @glecerioberto
After a few minutes of walking under the sharp heat of the UV-rich southern hemisphere sun, I arrived at Kuirau Park. It's another huge free to visit park of the city. By this time, my mind was completely off the things that were stressing me out. I wanted to explore every part of this park. There was a paved walkway lined with trees that provided the much needed shade. And the field was so manicured I felt like I was in an exclusive golf course. I continued walking and saw that the park had a small lagoon. And there were also sculptures. Unlike the ones in the Government Gardens, these ones looked permanent and at home amongst the landscape.

🥉 Lovely trip to Asolo (Treviso, Italy) by @delilhavores
If you’re looking for a place in Northern Italy where you can spend a day surrounded by uncontaminated nature and a historic center rich in history, then Asolo is for you!
It’s a small town in the province of Treviso, in the Veneto region, which has won the award for “Borgo più bello d’Italia” (“Most beautiful village in Italy”) in recent years.
