🥇 Powis Castle – A Game of Thrones Welsh Stronghold by @raj808
Powis Castle is a Grade I listed country home in northern Wales overlooking the town of Welshpool. The first glimpse of Powys Castle is truly breathtaking as the red sandstone façade seems to rise dramatically from the surrounding landscape. As I walked through the imposing gatehouse, I couldn’t help but feel a sense of wonder at the regal style of the courtyard. In the center of this round space stands a life-size statue of Fame and Pegasus, sculpted by Andrew Carpenter in 1705. The statue looks out over a terrace with panoramic views of the surrounding countryside, so we stopped for a time to enjoy the view with a coffee in the sun.

I've been away more, as I'm finishing my maternity leave and implementing new routines for myself and the baby. At the end of the day, it's inevitable that I'll feel a mix of emotions, between the sadness of not being with her 24 hours a day and the satisfaction of getting back to my professional identity. I hope we both adapt well. Well, today I'm sharing with you a story about a weekend I spent in Verona. Previously, I shared with you the experience I had in this city, watching an opera at the Colosseum, and today I'm here to show you around this wonderful city.

Benalmádena is a place that has already called me several times for different reasons, and I still have to go to see another little thing that is around there that as soon as I visit I will also bring them to Hive. However, this time I bring you to one of the greatest exponents of the city, and that is the Castle of Benalmádena. When I visited this town, I went to the Parque de la Paloma and then returned to go to the Hindu Temple, which was closed and which I could not enter and have not been able to do so until now. When I told my roommate that I had already visited Benalmádena twice, she said... and you didn't go to the castle? My eyes opened like two fried eggs. Well, I didn't know anything about a castle. As soon as I could, I took the train to this city again, with the sole purpose of visiting the famous Colomares Castle. What a delight please!
