We will walk the long route around, going through the Rose garden to the Japanese woodlands, along the Stumpery. To find the Root & Moss house. Where we walk over sandy paths and literally climb rocks to see the grotto and we will have some stunning views along the way the higher we get. 🥈 #WednesdayWalk Through The History Of St Albans. by @bombaycrypto
This area was once a huge Iron Age settlement known as Verlamion, used by tribal kings as a main hub between smaller groups around 25 BC - 5 BC. A view over the park is seen below, from the north eastern corner looking southwest. To give a sense of importance of the city- it was just a moderately sized settlement near the River Ver to the west of this location. It was relocated, improved and slowly got bigger, covering an area of about 125 acres of land by the early 3rd century. The park seen today is a bit smaller at 100 acres with modern day homes now standing on the perimeter.

🥉 The magic of yellow spring at the Botanical Garden | La magia de la primavera amarilla en el Jardín Botánico🌼 by @noalys
A few weeks ago we had the first rain of the year in our city and with it the early and long awaited flowering of the curaries in the Botanical Garden, which only bloom during the month of March or April depending on weather conditions, it was my first time enjoying this event, which made me feel very excited because I was finally going to enjoy the yellow spring.
The Botanical Garden is located on the outskirts of Maracaibo, specifically in the municipality of San Francisco and the blooming lasts just 3 days and with a little luck 4, I went on the second day and the entrance fee was 2$, we had to wait in line to get in because this year it coincided with the weekend and many people came to see the stunning yellow flowers, enjoy family moments and also connect with nature.

A trip always reminds us of the history of human life. A beautiful and tidy trip allows us to see beautiful places. This wonderful yellow botanical garden trip was really great. Also inspired by the really great and different buildings of St. Albans in the UK. But the drone view of this historical garden is really a great emotional trip. But I like the beautiful view of this beautiful city of Maracaibo in Venezuela.
