Cuando se habla de tango se habla de Argentina, de Gardel y de sensualidad, y es que este baile tan típico y popular de la ciudad es apasionante y maravilloso.
Así comenzamos nuestro recorrido por el concurrido y cosmopolita centro de la ciudad de Buenos Aires, específicamente por el Obelisco, el corazón de la ciudad.
Este monumento cuenta con 67 metros de altura y se encuentra ubicado en Av. 9 de Julio s/n, C1043 CABA, Argentina es el icono de la ciudad de Buenos Aires y fue construido en el año 1936 para celebrar el cuadrigentésimo aniversario la ciudad.

Buenos Aires es una ciudad enorme,de unos 307,571 km², por lo que hay mucho por hacer en esta ciudad, así que lo mas recomendable es hacer un itinerario de los lugares mas emblemáticos, de esa forma aprovechamos el tiempo para conocer mas de la cultura bonaerense.
Mi esposo y yo nos hospedamos cerca del Obelisco, en un hotel ubicado en lo que llaman Microcentro. Un lugar muy concurrido por turistas por lo que los precios de los hoteles son un poco elevado para el servicio que brindan, pero vamos, nosotros solo estábamos en búsqueda de un lugar con todo lo básico, una buena cama para dormir, descansar y servicio de desayuno.
Después de 2 horas de estar en el monumento y conocer su historia se nos abrió el apetito y yo estaba super ansiosa por degustar mi primer platillo.
Coincidimos en el camino con muchas cadenas de comida rápida conocidas pero queríamos comer algo típico de la ciudad, así que sin mas, nos encontramos a la vuelta de la esquina del hotel con un restaurancito humilde y bien lugareña. Atendido por sus propios dueños y lo mejor de todo,comida buena y barata.
Decidí comer lo que me había recomendado el Sr. que nos atendió, y fue así que me saboree lo que es un buen churrasco de carne con patatas y una cálida sopa de vegetales que no solo lleno mi estomago sino tambien mi corazón.
¿Que cuanto me costo?
Para ese entonces solo gaste 65 pesos, hace unos 4 años.

My husband and I stayed near the Obelisk, in a hotel located in what they call Microcentro. After 2 hours of being at the monument and learning about its history, our appetite was whetted and I was super anxious to taste my first dish.
On the way, we met with many well-known fast food chains but we wanted to eat something typical of the city, so without further ado, we found ourselves just around the corner from the hotel with a humble and well-established local restaurant. Served by its owners and best of all, good and cheap food.
I decided to eat what was recommended by the man who served us, and that's how I tasted a good steak with potatoes and a warm vegetable soup that not only filled my stomach but also my heart.
How much did it cost me?
I only spent 65 pesos then, about 4 years ago.
Ese día después de comer nos fuimos al hotel a descansar, hacia mucho frió y queríamos estar frescos para el día siguiente y seguir conociendo, pues nuestros próximos lugares marcados en el itinerario era la Casa Rosada y comer choripan en la Costanera.
Quien va a buenos Aires no puede irse sin comer su choripan con chimichurri y cuanta salsa le quepa al pan😆.
La Casa Rosada
Al día siguiente nos levantamos con toda la actitud y nos fuimos bien contentos a conocer nuestra próxima parada, la emblemática Casa Rosada.
Al llegar nos dimos cuenta que tuvimos mucha suerte porque solo la abrían al publico los días festivos, y adivinen que? era día festivo.
Hicimos una fila no muy larga y pudimos entrar, es muy impresionante ver parte de la historia de Argentina, objetos que pertenecieron a proceseres, recuerdo que para ese entonces apenas comenzaba un nuevo gobierno y no habían hecho aun los cambios que luego vinieron y de los que pude enterarme.
Uno de esos cambios fue retirar los dos cuadros de Chavez y Kirchner que se encontraban en la segunda planta en la galería de Los Patriotas Latinoamericanos.
Dicen que dichos cuadros fueron reubicados en el museo del Bicentenario.

We made a not very long line and we were able to enter, it is very impressive to see part of the history of Argentina, objects that belonged to processions, I remember that by that time a new government was just beginning and they had not yet made the changes that later came and of which I could learn.
One of those changes was to remove the two paintings by Chavez and Kirchner that were on the second floor in the gallery of Los Patriotas Latinoamericanos.
They say these paintings were relocated to the Bicentennial Museum.

La Costanera
Ese mismo día por la tarde nos animamos a conocer la Costanera, habíamos leído que los mejores choripanes los vendían allí, así que sin pensarlo mucho y con mucha hambre nos fuimos a por esos famosos choripanes.
Llegamos y lo primero que vimos fue una hilera de carritos callejeros (food truck) una al lado de otro, había gente comiendo de pie y otros comiendo desde una mesitas dispuestas a la orilla de un rió.

Para probar pedimos nuestro ticket y a los 5 minutos te llaman para que retires el pedido, 2 choripanes, una simple barra de pan con un chorizo por dentro al que le puedes agregar las mil salsas que tiene cada carrito y que al parecer cada uno pelea por ser quien tenga de todos los sabores.
No estaba mal pero me esperaba otra cosa, igualmente sirvió para apaciguar el hambre que teníamos.
To try it we ask for our ticket and after 5 minutes they call you to withdraw the order, 2 choripanes, a simple loaf of bread with a chorizo inside to which you can add the thousand sauces that each cart has and that apparently each one fights to be the one who has all the flavors.
It wasn't bad but I was expecting something else, it still served to appease the hunger we had.
Con el corazón contento y barriga llena nos dispusimos a realizar una caminata, nos encontramos con un amigo muy simpático y unas esculturas en honor a 2 grandes del deporte en Argentina, los tenistas Gabriela Sabatini y Guillermo Vilas.
With a happy heart and a full belly, we set out on a walk and met a very nice friend and some sculptures in honor of two greats of the sport in Argentina, tennis players Gabriela Sabatini and Guillermo Vilas.
