As a way to get our son to do his homework better and more consistently, we’ve introduced toys as prizes if he can finish the whole week with doing his work daily. The toys we have been using are lego. You can say that we are trying to be LEGO master manipulato(y)rs now! Whatever works, sometimes!
Growing up, we were poor. My mom gave me an army action figure for my birthday.
Except it was one of those cheap knock-off toys. I mean he literally had the letter "G" for eyes!
Mom Said it was the latest G eyed Joe.
My dad would try and make us toys.
One time he used a bunch of leftover fencing wire to make a doll for my sister.

After watching Frozen my kid refuses to play with other toys, he refuses to lego.

I saw my lazy daughter laying down as lifeless as a toy and suckling.
I scolded her to get up because success involves
toil and suffering.
As I've mentioned before, I was very shy as a kid and very sheltered by my parents. I couldn't go out and play so I just watched cartoons and played with toys. I'll never forget my first friend from school, Sean.
We both used to wear teenage mutant ninja turtle clothes, which was my favorite. We ate pizza at lunch and talked about ninja turtles and who was the best villain or favorite non-reptilian character and stuff. I'll never forget Sean, he was a true friend who really brought me out of my shell.
