I do that abs workout all the time, I normally do it 4 or 5 times and it's quite effective. there's also a way to make it a bit harder, for example on the russian twists to straighten the legs, etc... It's interesting to note that your content, which is very good doesn't get any traction here. I think it's because you don't interact with people, which is very important on HIVE.
