@clareartista knows loads about mushrooms and has decades of experience. She grew up foraging, on a Scottish isle. We have a handful of mushrooms books and research before we eat. If we aren't sure we don't eat it but I/we also tend to think that store bought/supermarket food can be at least as poisonous, especially in the long term.
It is all about finding a balance between intuition and common sense.
I live in northern Italy, so autumn is mushroom heaven in the forests, even some in the city, last one caught yesterday
Supermarket food is not healthy for sure, with all addictions and stuff to make it last 6 months, a bread 6 months come on
