The brown ones look like a type of honey mushroom common name of ringless honey mushroom. Latin name of Desarmillaria caespitosa. The ground polypore is probably an oak polypore, most likely growing out of a root.

Honey mushroom came up a lot with reverse image search but so did a lot of other similar ones, really wish I had a local mushroom expert I could confer with >.< You are probably on the right track with the polypore, I will maybe see if I can find it again in a fresher state lol :)

The roughness of the stem of the ringless honey mushroom is what pointed me in that direction. I found some of these in Missouri last year and search for the ID high and low until finally finding a missouri guide on it.
