the last time i got into doing some bread making I went for the sourdough and made my own starter. Now I could get into the mood to bake bread and make my own yeast. I'm curious how the bread made from potato water yeast would taste.

I've made potato rolls before and loved the taste and texture that the riced potatoes gave to the bread. I wonder if the yeast from potatoes would make a distinctive difference. If you try it, let us know!
