RE: A Magnificent, Yet, Incredibly Far Fetched Story... It's All True Though!

You're doing great. Congratulations. Now then..

I could've saved you a headache. Everyone in England is vitamin D deficient. (I just deleted a buncha shit)

Smoker wrinkles, hair growth, teeth strength, eyesight, even hormones; lack of D contributes to a long list of negative things as I'm sure your medical professional has explained.

For about 10 years this time I've been so tuned into health and fitness, some call it a sickness. I'll happily be another support to lean on. I supplement only a multi daily but even that I cycle—3 weeks on, 1 week off. Like a protein shake, gotta cycle them things. Occasionally I'll supplement D only because we're in England right now and, by occasionally, I mean once or twice a week because at the end of the day it's still science. Seafood my dude; salmon, salmon, salmon - cod, cod, cod as well as egg yolks and mushrooms (not the fun kind) and lots of it—natural D.

Lastly; 4-pack, not 6 trust me.

Nice to see you again man, congratulations on the progress. Don't be a stranger.

Hey my friend, late in response as ever (bloody job) lol.

If health and fitness is a sickness it is one many of could benefit from being diagnosed with, right? The offer of support is one I am incredibly grateful for and not at all surprised by. Hormonal balance and imbalance and supplementation is a topic I am studying right now in great detail, I LOVE the research, science, I and data aspect of this stuff. Like so many others, I wish I had such a joy of and voracious appetite for learning when I was very young, they do say youth is wasted on the young though...

Strangely, even though I have been fully vegetarian since 2012, just a couple of weeks ago I had a massive craving for fish! More precisely salmon!!! Because I am in a real period of listening to the signals my body is giving me I didn't even question it and now occasionally indulge in fish.

The body knows, right? It is way smarter than we give it credit for!

...I'm sure your medical professional has explained.

Nope, the advice given was absolutely counter intuitive to many of the revelations and improvements I have arrived at, they were generally arrived at from cutting edge scientific data that the NHS will probably adopt in 30 or 40 years.

Lastly; 4-pack, not 6 trust me.

As this is something I have no real world experience of, I shall of course defer to yours Sir. To be completely honest, I never really thought about the inclusion of the number 6 much and pretty much use the term '6 pack' as a sort of buzz word for the definition I would love to experience. 4 is more than awesome with me if I'm honest.

Thank you so much man, always so much more than a pleasure, very best wishes to you and the lovely lady 😎
