Informative one,
You know recently I have overcome my sleeping problem. I was having a terrible time with my sleeping cycle. I would keep the rest of the points in check for sure.
Thank you for sharing @Minhajulmredol.
And for the blessed moniker you gave me that I hope to live up to.
May I ask how you overcame your sleeping problems?
That is quite a feat. Congratulations, strong and resilient one.
I hope you can inspire others with your wisdom on this vital matter.
Yeah sure.
I overcome it the hard way.
First of all, I would suggest others do something that would make them physically tired. You know, I was a lazy head. I used to remain home throughout the whole day, even if had to go out for hangouts I had bikes for transportation.
My mom fell sick and she had to go through a major operation. From the starting of January, I had to run here and there for different purposes, after the stress of the entire day I was so tired that I had no time for staying awake. It continued for weeks.
Stayed away from using Pc or mobile phones at night because I had no time and now I can easily skip using them and go to bed.
Used to have a lotta coffee at midnight, I skipped that too.
Made my mindset to wake up early every day, I go for Bazar as mom is on bed rest so it has now become a habit for me to wake up, even I have the willingness for a morning walk too.
So this is it, sorry for the long story. In short, make our body tired by doing something that it will have no extra energy to stay awake at night.

Thank you for your willingness to share with us.
My heart goes out to you and your mother. I hope she is recovering well from her major operation. With your love and support she must feel the comfort she needs for healing; and be eternally grateful to you for it.💖🙏
I'm thankful that you gave us the "long story". It's very informative and inspiring. I believe many people are faced with the challenge of sleeplessness. And that they do the things you used to do, compounding the problem: not getting enough exercise; coffee at midnight; using Pc and/or mobile phones at night. These habits can deteriorate us...and, can be challenging to shift.
Indeed, you had the injury of your mother that required you to change. As is often said, "God works in mysterious ways" - your mother's injury saved your life, as you are saving hers.
When we get out of balance too far in one direction the nature of life is to swing the pendulum back in the other direction.
Balance is Key.🗝️

Thank you again @Minhajulmredol. I wish you and your (fortunate-to-have-you) mother, love, abundance and wellbeing, now, and for all time.
Blessings🌺
Thanks a ton for your sweet words and all the well wishes.
It was great to come across and have a conversation with you.
See you around.
Despite I know that those helps, practicing out is a challenge. I am currently in the journey of switching my sleep cycle again. Usually those things you mentioned helps but these days, I have to find other ways just to help me sleep.
True, I used to feel the same and kept holding onto it for a long time.
As I mentioned I changed it the hard way. Situations had put me in such circumstances that there was no way of escaping from that.
Still some pieces of advice:
Search for the bad effects of this problem and read the horrible outcomes as much as you can, this would push you to take a decision to avoid this as early as possible.
Occupy yourself officially to something for which you must get out of bed early and it would balance the other part easily.
(When I was in my teenage my mom used to send me to teachers on the morning batches in spite of the evening ones available. So I had no way back, engage yourself in something like that if you can.)
