since I should be getting (unknown timeline but a "couple months") a CPAP machine, which is used to treat sleep apnea, something that I have suffered from for many years quite badly.
Holy crap! we finally got to know why the hell you've always showed yourself so averse to have a good sleep. I hope you don't have to wait two months to acquire that CPAP machine. Buy it as soon as you can and you will see not just how a whole new world, but an entire new universe will be revealed before your eyes. :)
I wonder what a "good night's sleep" will get me - better thinking, weight loss, clarity, energy?
Oh yeah! all of that and beyond that, a lot and plenty more.
I am both looking forward to it and very nervous, as it is going to test me in ways that I know I am lacking, and I have to learn more than a few tongue twisters. But, what is the worst that can happen?
I really wish you get that CPAP device asap. And become the king of tongue twisters as you immerse yourself deeper everyday in the true realms of REM Sleep Research. :D
Maybe this movement will have a domino effect and like quality sleep or exercise, it will trigger a chain reaction of processes and events that lead somewhere unexpected, somewhere better.
Of course mate, events that will lead you to somewhere unexpected and way way better!
REM the band?
