Through these challenges, our survival mechanisms are ultimately tested, it's like being transported back to the Stone Age by thriving with our basic instincts. Super typhoon Rai (Odette) was the worst disaster I've experienced. As crippling as it was to my health, work, and life in general, I've learned to accept the harsh reality that cruel tragedies do exist happen during expected times. Now, it's just a matter of embracing the right attitude when coping with them.
