In regard to the breathing method, there's other benefits too like for eg. improved focus and productivity. Lately I've been advocating the breathing and the cold therapy to most of the people I engage with, as the scientific research and the testimonials from practitioners clearly show the positive impact these techniques have on one's well-being :)
