Recuerdo que estudiaba 5to año de bachillerato durante el año 1997, con el profesor José Veneri cuando expuso un libro con muchas lecturas y al final una serie de preguntas por responder, y entre ellas se encontraba la literatura "Cien años de soledad", una novela escrita por el colombiano Gabriel García Márquez, tal como lo describes en tú relato. Una obra cumbre del realismo mágico y una de las más significativas de la literatura latinoamericana.
La novela narra la historia de la familia en la cual no recuerdo el nombre pero a lo largo de varias generaciones en el pueblo ficticio de Macondo, dónde a lo largo del relato, el autor explora temas como la soledad, el poder, la corrupción y el destino cíclico de las vidas humanas.
Cada miembro de la familia, experimenta una mezcla de amor, desilusión, guerra y tragedia. La historia presenta elementos mágicos y fantásticos integrados en la vida cotidiana, lo que distrae al lector de la frontera entre lo real y lo maravilloso.

I remember I was studying 5th year of high school in 1997, with Professor José Veneri when he presented a book with many readings and at the end a series of questions to answer, and among them was the literature "One Hundred Years of Solitude", a novel written by the Colombian Gabriel García Márquez, as you describe in your story.
