He loves what he does, he looks genuinely interested in saving lives, he sees patients and staff as human beings and not as checks, he also focuses on prevention and health promotion, he puts aside his possibly fatal disease to try to eliminate a bureaucratic and probably very corrupt system. He makes drastic decisions, but I suppose they are necessary.
I've only seen 4 episodes, my opinion may change, but so far I like all those things about him.
Indeed, he looks interesting but I'm hoping he'll fight to save lives despite the money matters. It seems to be expected since he has a good heart.
