Unfortunately "to hedge our bets in both directions" is more easily said than done. Maybe one viable road is hodling with some liquidity set aside. I do not like the discussions when to expect the next ath to determine the time the dip is reached. It should be the other way around.
The fees and transaction times are not a concern to the people currently buying. The big players are buying large junks and the fees are irrelevant - the smaller ones are buying on exchanges and never hold the keys.
