Time cannot be bought and whilst the 20% salary reduction has meant I have nothing to put away (or buy HIVE with), the time off to Hive/Holiday/Workout/Ride my bike has been great.

I haven't minded my reduced hours either to be honest...It's the not paying me properly thing that sucks. Still, we'll have to wait and see what happened Wednesday. I'll either be smiling or hopping mad.
Yeah, you've already achieved what was expected and more and so take a can of whoop-ass along with the presentation just in case.
