apparently there was an "invoice" due from last time I was subscribed, not sure how that's even possible, but that seems to be causing me issues now but no way to get in contact with support without having premium on there which is dumb

Well, that's just crazy! It's like you are in a limbo now. I had a similar experience with Binance, no way the explain my issue. No customer support, just bots everywhere.
