The authors used to work at Google amongst other things, and here they come together to give us their pearls of wisdom based on scientific research and their own experienceā€¦

Main points:

  • Avoid the 'busy bandwagon'
  • ā€¦and the 'infinity pools'
  • Identify, schedule and act on your highlights
  • Obtain and maintain focus
  • Get and keep your energy up
  • Reflect on what's worked and how to improve

Solid book, and there were a few different ideas I hadn't considered, so definitely worth a read. If you're looking to focus more and be more productive, then you may well find some good tips containedā€¦
