A book all about making time, and focusing on what really matters on a daily basis (they gave it away a bit with the title and subtitle 😉)

The authors used to work at Google amongst other things, and here they come together to give us their pearls of wisdom based on scientific research and their own experience…

Main points:

• Avoid the 'busy bandwagon'
• …and the 'infinity pools'
• Identify, schedule and act on your highlights
• Obtain and maintain focus
• Get and keep your energy up
• Reflect on what's worked and how to improve

Solid book, and there were a few different ideas I hadn't considered, so definitely worth a read. If you're looking to focus more and be more productive, then you may well find some good tips contained…
