Systems are crucial. Something that is often overlooked.
Indeed… actually makes more sense this way round, rather than goal first. Have a vision for sure, but work on the systems, habits and daily actions which lead you to it. That's what you have control over after all…
And the most overrated are goals. Systems that take one there matter the most.
Goals are nothing but a direction. I see a lot of people with goals but few with a system.
Goals are not the answer people think they are.
it is how we start the year with resolutions without actual systems to make them happen, and then we wonder when July comes what happened to our goals. I am guilty, but I have learned to do better now.
