Great post, as always. I think true decentralization across the hive ecosystem is the way. There is a long way to go, but having a decentralized base layer is a solid foundation.

ooooo well it would deffo cover HBD but.. would they be able to do much about it? With hive having no real central authority they'd have to target individual witnesses and centralized exchanges.

I agree. They could put pressure on the centralized exchanges. A few days ago they said that since most ethereum validators are in the US, transactions happen in the US, so I guess they could make a similar approach with witnesses.

I would say it is really good.

In the article it says that providers of a stable coin need to change their algorithm.

HBD has no centralized provider.

HBD is unstoppable.
