Here in Libya we only started Black Friday deals in the recent years, (we call it الجمعة البيضاء here,) yesterday, everywhere was very crowded!

الجمعة البيضاء
It's pronounced "Al'jomoua Al'baida" and it actually means "White Friday" instead of Black. Let's just say that calling something Black has negative connotations in Libya.
(We don't use Black even to describe dark skinned people here.)
