fruit is a very important aspect of our lives, that it keeps the doctor away. I do mixture of different fruits most times called fruit salad + milk. Doing this makes me healthier and energised. banana, watermelon, cucumber, groundnut & coconut

It's surprising how boredom can make us find so many things uninteresting.
Boredom can indeed be frustrating and it sap's someone mentally.When one is uninterested in something but can't engage in something up building, negativism sets in
We learned very early on to never use that word in front of my parents. They'd find things for us to do that we'd rather not be doing. Like more chores around the house. Maybe boredom is good sometimes because it forces us to become creative to find other things to keep our interest, at least for awhile
Looking at it from that angle, it is indeed not so bad after all. As you've rightly said, boredom helps us to get creative and intentional about things.

Someone said that there are no uninteresting things, just uninterested people. How do you define boredom? If I should define boredom, I'd say is being uninterested in things that were interesting.
It's surprising how boredom can make us find so many things uninteresting.

You're absolutely right, when we get bored and refuse to do anything about it then we are bound to be pessimistic about so many things.
We learned very early on to never use that word in front of my parents. They'd find things for us to do that we'd rather not be doing. Like more chores around the house. Maybe boredom is good sometimes because it forces us to become creative to find other things to keep our interest, at least for awhile
Looking at it from that angle, it is indeed not so bad after all. As you've rightly said, boredom helps us to get creative and intentional about things.
