Part 2/8:
Our adventure began with a mission: to explore the culinary landscape of Glasgow by visiting local recommendations over a weekend. The first stop was Holy Fuk, a popular Asian street food pop-up generating buzz on social media. Despite the long queue, the service was speedy, and the heavenly aromas wafting from the kitchen promised a treat. We indulged in a tonkotsu sando—braised pork belly deep-fried in panko breadcrumbs—along with crispy karaage, and bang bang noodles. Each dish bore bold flavors that left us craving more.
