The film opens with Nikita, a teenage addict entrenched in a life of nihilism. Her existence revolves around drugs, violence, and chaos, epitomized by a robbery at a local pharmacy with a gang of thugs. The night spirals out of control when police arrive, leading to a harrowing gunfight that results in the death of her accomplices. In a moment of desperation, Nikita, suffering from withdrawal, kills an officer attempting to help her, sealing her fate and leading to her arrest and conviction for murder.
