Part 2/9:
The story shifts to modern-day Norway, where we meet Tail Berg, a 17-year-old girl grappling with her tumultuous emotions after the recent death of her father. The family has recently moved to NBO due to her mother’s transfer to the local police force. Complications arise within the household as Tail blames her mother for her father's passing, resulting in a strained relationship with both her mother and her stepfather, Arthur. The only solace for Tail comes from her relationship with her younger sister, Jenny, who is deaf.
