For dynamic tracking, input formulas in the corresponding cells. For instance, to find out how much you’ve spent, you can use the formula =SUM(C4:C16)
in the spent cell. Similarly, for the remaining budget cell, subtract spent from budget: =I3-I5

Practical Use of the Planner
Now that your basic structure is in place, you can begin entering actual gifts and their costs. As you input each gift into the tracker, the changes will reflect in your budget summary automatically.
For example, if you allocate $250 for Ralphie and purchase a gift worth $17.35, the planner will show the amount spent, remaining budget, and total items.
