Employing one or two types of transitions across all slides creates a cohesive look and prevents the audience from becoming distracted by excessive changes. Undoubtedly, it assists in maintaining the audience’s attention on the content rather than the transitions themselves.
Previews and Final Presentation
PowerPoint allows for previewing slide transitions to get a sense of how they will appear in action. While individual previews can be useful, running the entire slideshow provides the best grasp of flow and effectiveness. Observing the transitions from start to finish helps presenters gauge the overall impact and adjust accordingly.
