Despite its utility, “Shrink One Page” is not readily visible on the standard ribbons like Layout or Design. Therefore, you must customize this aspect to add it to your toolbar for easier access.
Click on the customize button in the Quick Access Toolbar, then navigate to “More Commands.” You will switch the command list from “Popular Commands” to “All Commands.” As you scroll down, look for “Shrink One Page.” When found, click on it, then hit “Add” to place it into your Quick Access Toolbar. Once you click “OK,” you are equipped with a new button ready to assist you in reducing your document’s size.
