Once you’ve mixed the chicken thoroughly with the rest, let it cool down in a separate bowl. While it cools, we can now add an assortment of hearty ingredients: 170 g of sweet corn (canned or packaged works great), a cup of frozen peas for vibrant color, and two grated apples—both red and green mixed in with a splash of lemon juice to prevent browning.
We can't neglect the crunch of 1 cup of coarsely grated carrots and a handful (about half a cup) of raisins. Mix these ingredients gently and incorporate them to create a colorful and inviting salad.
