Frying The Chicken Tenders
Now that the chicken is seasoned and breaded, it’s time to fry. Preheat your oil to 350°F. Carefully place the chicken tenders into the hot oil and allow them to fry for 5 to 8 minutes. Watching the cooking time is critical; overcooking will lead to dry tenders, diminishing their appeal.
