Tao opened up about his family, juggling fatherhood with his responsibilities as a professional athlete. As a father of three young boys, aged four, three, and two, he describes the whirlwind of keeping up with their energy levels. He shared the heartwarming insight that his children are aware of his career: although they may not grasp the entire concept, they associate him with baseball and the Dodgers.
Engaging in playful banter with his children, Tao got a laugh when he mentioned their habit of chasing him for food and drinks when he is home. It’s clear that while he’s a star athlete on the field, at home he fulfills the role of a dedicated dad who gives his wife a break whenever he can.
