From Miami's viewpoint, acquiring Wiggins, who has shown impressive performance this season, could transform their roster substantially. The addition of Kuminga off the bench and a seasoned point guard like Schröder would, at least on paper, provide depth and a fresh restart. Given Butler’s fluctuating involvement with the team, moving him for another star seems appealing, provided they manage to get back not only Wiggins but some promising young talent in Kuminga.
