Despite the economic façade, reality began to shift. As discontent grew due to war preparations and the toll they took on workers' conditions, the regime pivoted from focusing solely on internal revitalization to establishing a narrative positioning the Jews as culpable in Germany’s socio-economic turmoil—an ultimately dangerous simplification that would lead to dehumanization and violence.
