Let Go of Attachment

The fifth lesson discusses tanha, or the craving and attachment that often fuel fear and anxiety. This attachment can take many forms — from material possessions to relationships and even our self-identity. When we rely on external factors for our sense of security and happiness, we become vulnerable to fear.
