Preparing the Chicken
To begin, we'll season a whole cut of chicken with chopped onion, crushed garlic, salt, thyme (fresh or dry), crushed chicken seasoning cubes or bouillon, and curry powder. We'll let the chicken marinate in the spices, cooking it on low heat for about 5 minutes without any added water. Then, we'll add a bit of water, cover, and let it cook for an additional 5-10 minutes.
